But the game designers did a great job of improving on the overall gameplay and added a lot of elements that are missing from CoC. Here’s what I like: the single-player experience, introduced through missions that are organized via chapters, is very enjoyable. There are also time-limited campaigns that give you access to special units. The first one is called the Dandoran Conflict and it’s very challenging to complete. Here’s what I don’t like: too much emphasis on paid currency. I understand the need to make money, but the pressure to pay up is unbearable at points. I think it will annoy players, who will quickly abandon the game for less aggressive alternatives. There’s a lot going on in the game.
